We love surfing, but if you don’t think you are up for it, that’s ok! There are other fun things to do besides surfing. We guarantee you will not be bored.
Honestly, anytime is great but if you are looking for zero rain and hot sunny days, we suggest January, February, and March. December, April, May, June and July may have a little rain each day but its not anything that will slow you down from enjoying all your favorite outdoor activities.
The rainiest months are August, September and October but they are still warm and they still have lots of sun. If you ask any local most love the rainy season as it is not as dry, or hot and everything is lush and green (its also a lot less crowded). It almost never rains all day so it never ruins a vacation.
You will fly into San Jose (SJO) and you will be greeted by one of our staff who will drive you to Lamangata. The drive is about 2.5 hours, it is also an option to hop on a 15 minute domestic flight from San Jose to Quepos airport where we can pick you up and drive you 30 minutes to the resort.
